It is designed in a hi-tech style. It has 70 rooms in total spread across 10 floors. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby, a 24-hour reception and check-out service, lift access, a bar, two restaurants, a fully-equipped conference hall and a casino. Internet access and room and laundry services are also provided (all subject to fees). 24-hour secure parking is available to guests arriving by car.All rooms are cosy and have individually regulated air conditioning, heating, a desk, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, hi-fi system and a bathroom with a shower. Some rooms have a balcony or terrace. Internet access, a hairdryer, fridge, minibar and tea and coffee making facilities also come as standard.The fitness centre is situated on the 10th floor. From there take any trolleybus or bus which goes to Komsomolsky Ave. bus stop. From the railway station PERM2 take the trolley bus No.7 and go to the Cinema or October stops.
